3. The Web site for submission will be opened on April 30, 2025.
4. Deadline for submission: May 30 (Fri), 2025 at 17:00.
5. Awards: Best Paper Award, Young Researchers' Paper Award, Best International Paper Award.
6. For Japanese manuscript, number pages should be less than 7 pages, while for English manuscript should be less than and equal to 6 pages.
7. The manuscripts will be regarded as proceedings during the conference. After the conference, they will be published in the Journal of JSCE Special issue (Hydraulic Engineering) on J-STAGE on February in the next year.

Notice) Authors will not be asked if they are members or non-members of the JSCE.  
 The submission must be made by the corresponding author only through the committee website.  
 The same presenter cannot make any other submissions.
